✅ 1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed without upfront payment.
  • A valid ID and payment method must be provided to secure the reservation.

✅ 2. Payment After Experience

  • Full payment must be made immediately after the tour or activity ends.
  • Payment can be made in cash.

✅ 3. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Customers can choose from the following: cash or local bank transfer.
  • The payment method must be confirmed during booking.

✅ 4. No Deposit Required

  • No deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • However, customers must agree to the cancellation and no-show policies to secure the booking.

✅ 5. Customer Responsibility

  • The customer agrees to complete full payment after the service.
  • Failure to pay may result in legal action or a ban from future bookings.

✅ 6. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours/days before the scheduled tour.
  • Cancellations on the same day or failure to show up will incur the full cost of the tour.

✅ 7. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer does not show up for the tour, they will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
  • Payment must still be made, even if the service was not used due to the customer’s fault.

✅ 8. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the tour starts, subject to availability.
  • Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations.

✅ 9. Tour Provider’s Right to Cancel

  • The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
  • No payment will be required if the tour is canceled by the provider and cannot be rescheduled.

✅ 10. Group Bookings

  • For group tours, the person booking is responsible for full payment on behalf of all participants.
  • Changes to group size must be communicated 24 hours before the tour.

✅ 11. Force Majeure

  • In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, the tour may be canceled without penalty.
  • No payment will be collected if the experience is not delivered.

✅ 12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes about service quality or payment must be raised immediately after the tour ends.
  • The provider will attempt to resolve disputes before final payment is collected.

✅ 13. Proof of Service

  • The customer acknowledges that by participating in the tour or activity, they accept the service was delivered.
  • Photos, attendance logs, or signed forms may be used as proof of completion.

✅ 14. Late Payment

  • Payment must be completed before the customer departs from the tour location.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in additional fees or legal collection.

✅ 15. Agreement to Terms

  • By booking the tour with the “Pay After Experience” option, the customer agrees to all above terms.
  • A digital or physical signature may be required as proof of agreement.
